Before you register your team, judges, or volunteers, please ensure:  
(a) You or your membership’s Membership Coordinator have purchased your membership @ Odyssey HQ website (How to purchase a membership)
(b) You as the Head Coach have an account in the Competitions Portal (https://portal.odysseyofthemind.com/login) @ Odyssey HQ website. Your first time visiting for the season you’ll have to rest your password. If you haven’t had access prior you’ll need to sign up for one.

Then please register your teams, judges, and volunteers for the NJ Regional Tournaments at these links:

NOTE: NJ OotM will not be using the Odyssey HQ system for registering Judges and Volunteers, as that part of it is still under construction. You may be prompted to do so within the Odyssey HQ system, but NJ OotM will only be using the judges and volunteers registered at the Google Form links above, so please be sure you do so!

Terms and Conditions:

There is a small fee ($75 per team) for participation in the tournament to help us cover costs. Please print out the confirmation email and include it with your mailed payment. All payments must include your membership name (no abbreviations please!), problem number, and division number in order to be credited to your team. Any questions regarding payment status should be directed to Sue Cavanaugh, Treasurer at treasurer@njootm.org.
